Yes!
You don't have to go through the day accepting whatever fate deals you. You don't have to merely react to situations. Instead, you can plan your day ahead of time and have it manifest as you desire. Simply decide what kind of day you intend to have and allow it to happen.
Here’s how:
- Examine your plans for the day and anything else you’d like to get done.
- Decide how you want them to happen.
- Decide how you want to feel throughout the day and for each individual task.
For example, if you have a presentation to give at work, decide how you want it to go: Effortlessly? Standing ovation? Pat on the back from your boss?
Do you have any errands that you have to run? Do you want to run into someone and have a wonderful conversation while you're completing your errands? Do you want to have good driving conditions and great parking spaces available wherever you go?
How do you want to feel during the day? Happy? Exited? Fully present in every moment?
It's all up to you.
Now, when planning your day, you don't have to spend a lot of time. You can do it in a couple of minutes in the morning. You can write it down while eating breakfast or say it out loud while taking a shower.
If something comes up unexpectedly during the day, you can still create what you want in regards to it. Simply write down how you want things to turn out. Or, if you don't have anything to write with, simply say it out loud or even to yourself.
Just believe that what you want will happen. As you allow it to happen, it will happen.
