You manifest your desires so much more rapidly and easily if you do the inner work first and raise your vibration. When you use the Law of Attraction to deliberately create your life, you will have amazing results. When you combine tapping and the Law of Attraction, your desires will manifest on a consistent basis.
Tapping – or the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) – is acupressure for the emotions. You tap on certain points of your body with your fingers while voicing what is bothering you.
While talking about negative things normally isn’t advised with the Law of Attraction, the way in which it is done with tapping actually produces positive results.
You see, when you’re tapping and voicing negativity, you’re removing the energetic blocks that are preventing you from achieving success with the Law of Attraction. Tapping works so quickly – in just a few minutes – that when you’re finished, you’ve removed your resistance to manifesting your desires AND you’ve raised your vibration to allow your dreams to become a reality.
So using tapping and the Law of Attraction together is the one time where it’s OKAY to complain! In fact, the more you complain while tapping, the better results you’ll have with the Law of Attraction!
