Do you ever feel stressed and worried by the demands of your life?
Does your mind focus on how your reality doesn’t match the life you would like to manifest?
Do you feel worry nagging at you like a deep undercurrent just outside of your conscious awareness, making you uneasy and restless about whether the Law of Attraction is working?
If you answered yes to one or all of these questions, you’re not alone. Most people experience this. Let’s look at how you can use this to your advantage.
Uncovering the Hidden Benefits of Stress and Worry
Stress and worry can be like little mice gnawing at your core slowly and constantly. They can drain you emotionally, physically and mentally, causing you to panic or feel devastated.
You might feel uneasy in your heart – restless, agitated, and apprehensive.
A slow erosion may set in as stress and worry take their toll on you, growing into big problems and complications if you don’t deal with them early on.
They can counter the Law of Attraction, no matter how diligent you are in your manifesting routine, and can lead to a slow decline or worsening of a situation.
While stress and worry might seem awful, they are actually a blessing in disguise as they draw your attention to look at what is really going on: They are a sign that you are not in vibrational alignment with what you would like to manifest.
Whether you want to manifest a new car or a vacation to Tahiti, any time you experience stress and worry, you are not a vibrational match to your desired manifestation.
You may be letting little things overwhelm you to the point that your life begins to feel out of control.
Limiting beliefs could be cropping up to point out areas of resistance you need to resolve to manifest your desires.

The key is to dissolve stress and worry before they wear you down by small degrees until your worries increase, and fatigue and overwhelm set in.
How to Get Rid of Stress and Worry
Most stress, anxiety, and worry don’t happen overnight. Nor are they something you’re born with and have to put up with for life.
They are a response arising from negative thoughts, emotions, and limiting beliefs, that often reside at a deep subconscious level.
When certain events, pressures, expectations, or patterns occur in your life, stress and worry crop up to disempower and overwhelm you. They are real, troublesome, and terrifying.
But nothing lasts forever. You can get rid of the limiting beliefs and patterns that are the source of your anxiousness and unease.
Release your stress and worry while you still have the possibility and hope of creating the reality you desire. The more uneasy and panicked you become, the more unlikely the manifestation will occur.
Here are steps you can take to dissolve stress and worry:
1. Breathe. When you begin to feel uneasy or panicky, your body naturally tenses. Adrenaline is released and your body begins to enter flight-or-fight mode. Taking a few deep breaths tells your nervous system to relax; you are safe.
As your tension releases, you will naturally feel calmer.
2. Listen. Block out the noise and chatter in your mind, and listen to the wise voice within you. Trust the Universe and look for the hidden signs. Look beyond the feelings of overwhelm and anxiety, to the voice of inner wisdom.
Connect with your guides or higher self. Trust your first impression or instinct.
3. Focus. Look around you and see what is making you stressed and uneasy.
Don’t cling to so many details, trying to control the behavior of people or how things manifest in your life, that you miss the big picture of your desired outcome. Let go of the details.
Clear your heart of gnawing worries and let things be.
4. Resolve. Use what your intuition tells you and what you see around you to uncover the source of your limiting beliefs and negative emotions.
Listen to your intuition and take action that comes naturally and is not forced.
The problems you are facing, the disappointment you fear, can all pass quickly if you simply allow it.
